Pressure-Treated Timber and Wooden Components

Durable and Long-Lasting Protection for Outdoor Timber

Vacuum pressure treatment is a highly effective wood protection method that ensures long-lasting resistance against external influences as well as infestation by insects, fungi, or wood decay.

This type of wood treatment is particularly suitable for projects where timber comes in direct contact with the ground and is used wherever wood must be exceptionally durable – such as construction, fencing, playgrounds, vineyards, harbor facilities, and other outdoor installations.

Our pressure treatment process using the proven TANALITH E wood preservative significantly extends the lifespan of timber. It provides reliable protection against pests, fungi, and weathering – even in cases of permanent ground contact or water contact.

Maximum material dimensions: up to 8.5 m in length, 2 m in width.

TANALITH E at a Glance: Safe, Effective, and Long-Lasting

TANALITH E is a water-based wood preservative that has proven its effectiveness for over 30 years. It contains copper and organic biocides that provide long-term protection against fungi, insects, and environmental exposure. Once the impregnation process is complete and the wood is dried, the wood is considered safe for human contact. This makes it especially suitable for use in areas with frequent human interaction – such as playgrounds, garden furniture, residential construction, or other public outdoor installations.

The preservative is applied using a high-pressure process that drives it deep into the timber structure, forming a strong bond within the wood fibers. This ensures years of protection while minimizing leaching of active substances.
