As a family-owned company, we bring together decades of experience and deep technical know-how in the design and production of export packaging solutions for all types of goods and applications – including tailor-made protective packaging for sensitive and high-value products.
Stavounie-Packaging operates as an internal division of Stavounie-CZ, s.r.o. (www.stavounie.cz), with its main production site located in Brno, Czech Republic – a strategically convenient location with direct access to the central motorway network. On a daily basis, we supply customers throughout the DACH region, the Benelux countries, and other Western European markets, including Italy.
We manufacture export packaging, overseas packaging (packed in-house or on-site), IPPC-certified export crates, custom pallets, and tailor-made packaging solutions made of wood, plywood, OSB, and other materials.
We also specialize in the development and production of packaging for sensitive goods and equipment, featuring precision-milled protective inserts, foam padding, and custom CNC-cut components – ensuring optimal transport protection for items such as electrical control cabinets, aerospace parts, military equipment, or hydraulic systems.
With over 45,000 m² of our own production, storage, and handling facilities, state-of-the-art machinery, and a comprehensive logistics infrastructure – including our own fleet of trucks, heavy-duty forklifts, and overhead cranes – we manage projects of any scale. From tailor-made one-offs to high-volume series production with daily dispatches, we deliver reliably, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards.
With certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 and IPPC/ISPM 15, we ensure full compliance and reliability in export. At the same time, we focus on sustainable solutions and materials – including PEFC-certified timber and recycled resources – and comply with ESG standards to protect the environment and continuously reduce our CO₂ footprint.
